1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Next Level Advantage by Revenue Brothers Inc. website, platform, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. You are free to leave this agreement at any time, by severing the relationship with our services in your advertising management platform.

2. Description of Services

Next Level Advantage by Revenue Brothers Inc. provides web monetization management services, including but not limited to ad inventory optimization, demand partner integrations, and revenue reporting (the "Services"). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Publisher Obligations

As a publisher using our Services, you agree to:

  • Maintain a Google Ad Manager account with a valid Google account, as it is required to use our services
  • Ensure that your website content complies with applicable laws and demand partner policies
  • Implement monetization tags or scripts provided by us in accordance with our instructions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site information in your account
  • Cooperate with our quality assessment processes and implement recommended improvements
  • Notify us promptly of any significant changes to your website or content

5. Service Limitations & Third-Party Dependencies

Our Services depend on various third-party platforms, including Google Ad Manager 360 MCM and other demand partners. We cannot guarantee the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Revenue generation and account status are ultimately determined by these third-party platforms according to their own terms and policies.

6. Quality Assessment & MCM Invitation Process

Our manual review process is designed to protect our relationship with Google and maintain high standards for our publisher network. While we provide quality assessments and tier classifications, there are no guarantees that achieving a particular score or tier will result in an invitation to Google Ad Manager 360 MCM. Our subjective analysis of each case may determine that we are unable to proceed with certain sites, regardless of their assessment scores and of any comparison with other sites in our network. We reserve the right to decline or terminate relationships based on our business judgment and risk assessment.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related materials are the property of Next Level Advantage or its licensors. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices, including generating invalid traffic
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code of our platform
  • Using the Services in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Attempting to manipulate or circumvent our quality assessment processes

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable Services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Level Advantage by Revenue Brothers Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Level Advantage by Revenue Brothers Inc., its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Revenue Brothers Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Delaware in the United States of America.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
